Catherine is a full-time REALTOR® and professional real estate photographer. Her previous experiences include marketing, hospitality, sales, and technology along with 20+ years of experience in photography, all of which help her to tackle the broad demands required of successful real estate agents in today’s market. She has participated in an array of transactions from high-end property acquisition to rentals, which allows her the ability to approach any new task with the experience, information, and network to get the job done. She takes an honest, fair, and realistic approach to her job, has a thorough knowledge of both state and local laws, exhibits great diligence but most importantly, has a true care for her client’s best interests. The combination of these attributes allows her buyer and tenant clients the ability to make their own, informed decisions without pressure or rush and help her seller or property owner clients put their best foot forward when listing their property. Catherine’s primary areas are Howard County and Baltimore City, but she also covers Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Baltimore, Harford, Frederick, Queen Anne’s, Carroll, and Calvert Counties.
In her free time, Catherine is a landscape photographer, enjoys travel and actively participates in sports including Australian Rules Football, Flag Football, Volleyball, Softball and Dodgeball. In 2015 she organized a beach volleyball tournament which helped raise over $6000 for local charities in Baltimore City. She also volunteers time to various organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Project Linus, Maryland Food Bank and more.
