I would give Catherine a 10 if I could. We were looking for an apartment in DC...from Georgia. Catherine was great in recommending areas that met our criteria. She was fabulous at sending potential properties and then lining up apartments for us to see. First apartment was the winner! Then she walked us through the application process.

Catherine was truly exceptional! she will work with you to make your desires a reality. If you need a agent who is also very well versed at dealing with the process from start to finish this is the agent for you, When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Catherine was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. I was working with a loan company and had hit a wall and was about to give up, Catherine stepped in with other options and we were able to get things moving again and close within a month. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did!

Catherine is the absolute best Realtor as she was more than helpful in finding me a home. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great home that fit right in my price range!
