Catherine Jeffrey

She works closely with her Master Plumber husband in these ventures as she believes working together as a team makes the entire process more enjoyable.

Catherine has a heart for working with families which stems from her achieving a Child and Family Studies degree, Cum Laude, from Phoenix Community College in 1997. She established a non-profit agency, Living Well College (LWC), in 2004 to serve adults with developmental disabilities in the Fredericksburg community. Later, as volunteer coordinator for the local hospice program, she expanded the LWC services and continues to support their ongoing initiatives.

In 2007, Catherine graduated from the Gillespie County Leadership program, then served two years as President of the Fredericksburg Middle School Parent Teacher Organization, and she has also served on the Executive Board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fredericksburg. Professionally, Catherine serves on the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee, was President of Central Hill Country Board of Realtors in 2013 and is active on the local Board of Realtors.

Catherine has put her talents and concerns to work in her real estate profession, which she sees as her life’s work and a natural extension of her community activities. Whether Catherine is locating a moderately priced home for a new buyer or selling a luxury investment property for a client, she treats every stage of a transaction with the utmost level of priority and diligence.

Outside of real estate, Catherine is an avid reader, a runner, loves the ocean, and even owns a piece of the Berlin Wall after a visit to Germany as a teenager in 1990, the year after the wall fell!
