Catherine Joyce

Catherine moved to Arizona in 1988 from Western Pennsylvania, about 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. After living in Gilbert for 20 years, she moved to Northeast Mesa over ten years ago. She used to drive 16 miles each way to hike Usery Mountain and now love having it so close as well as all the other great hiking trails in the area.

Her son, Michael and his wife Ashley reside in Sewickly, PA with her Grandsons Wyatt (4 yrs old), Franklin (2) and Harvey (5 months). Her significant other Rick Lyons owns Select Builders in Mesa. They live with their two sons Matthew (23) and Michael (21). The two also have an African Sulcate tortoise, Mr. ‘T’ who resides in his own habitat in our back yard.
Real estate, market conditions, technology, and laws are constantly changing. Catherine decided to go on my own and start Choice One Properties in 2003 as owner and designated broker. They are located just over Las Sendas Mountain down Hawes Rd off Oak on 88th Street.
