Catherine Laurenzi

I’ve lived in Florida all my life, and find that I’m happiest when I’m near water. I truly believe that there is no better place to call home than the Space Coast of Florida! Real estate is my full-time career and I pride myself on giving my customers the expertise, commitment, honesty, and attention they deserve.

I have 27+ years of combined experience in accounting, management, and sales; and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. My education and training go well beyond my degree. I believe that learning is a lifelong endeavor, so I take advantage of the educational opportunities that are available to me. I recognize that knowledge is critical to effectively serving my customers. This is why I pursued, and have been awarded the designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) from the National Association of REALTORS®.

On a personal note, I am happily married with one grown son. My husband and I are dog lovers and our latest loves are a rescued border collie mix named Jaxon and a rescued Cattle Dog (Red Heeler) named Josie. My hobbies/interests include photography, digital art, travel, shelling, crafting, and birding.
