Prior to Scottsdale real estate, Catherine had 23 years of experience in sales and management, including lead on a team of six executives, 150 employees, and an annual volume of 28 million. She has worked as a Premier Account Manager and Digital Sales Specialist in the building and architectural industry. She has been an entrepreneurial business owner in California, Washington, and Arizona.

Catherine grew up in southern California and lived in Seattle before settling in Scottsdale. Her husband, Bob, works for one of the top 100 construction companies in the US as a pre-construction manager in their heavy highway division. Her son and daughter play lacrosse and are thriving in Scottsdale's healthy environment. She is on the PTO Board at Laguna Elementary School.
