Staging your house coupled with her knowledge of the market allows her to guide sellers to price their house competitively which will lead to a quick sale.

As a buyer's agent, it is her mission to listen to her clients and understand their real estate needs. Throughout the transaction, she educates her clients about the process of buying a home, negotiating the offer, negotiating inspections, and ultimately reaching the settlement table. Her goal is to make sure her clients have a positive experience while buying their house and she tries to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Catherine is a Penn State graduate, former member of the PSU Women's Golf Team, wife, dog rescuer, business owner, Realtor, and mother of two amazing sons, both of whom are ROTC scholars at Syracuse and Univ. of Maryland. She was a top sales producer for a Fortune 100 company for many years and in 2007 She started a home staging business which spiked her interest in Real Estate. Catherine looks forward to continuing to grow her real estate business and helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
