When we started looking for a Realtor to sell our home, Cathy and Bonnie came highly recommended. We did some additional research before meeting with them and right from the start we felt comfortable. Their knowledge of the North Wilmington market was extensive, and we appreciated the thorough analysis of recent sales and current market conditions they provided.

Also important to us, was finding an agent who could help with preparing the home for sale. We had purchased a new house out of state and knew that we wanted to move out before the house went on the market. Luckily, we didn’t have to do a lot – just fresh paint and a throughout cleaning (including carpets and windows). Cathy and Bonnie have reliable professionals they work with all the time which made the process easy for us. Exactly what we wanted.

While thorough market knowledge and a reliable network of vendors to help prepare our house were important, we really appreciated the level of communication we received from Cathy and Bonnie. They kept us updated on timing for the work being done, on showings once the house was on the market, and they even checked on the house frequently during the cold weather to make sure everything was alright. They negotiated the contract, met with the appraiser (very important), and stayed in touch through the settlement process. They provided as stress-free a transaction as we could have expected.
