I was introduced to Cathy through my parents as they were downsizing from my childhood house to a condo. She was very receptive to the many financial and personal needs of my parents and on some level helped facilitate the conversation of want and need. My parents could not be happier with their place.
After they got settled I started looking at condos, expecting to find one in a few months. With Cathy’s help I was able to find a place, within budget in less than 3 months, and finalize everything in 4.
The house-buying process is very overwhelming but Cathy took me through everything step-by-step, making sure I had everything in order before moving on.
I would recommend Cathy to everyone who wants their personal values and wishes honored. She is a great realtor!

Cathy lives in Pick subdivision in Elmhurst. I lived there nearly 30years and helped raise a family. People there are quite friendly and we enjoy the Salt Creek trail and Prairie Path to walk, run bike and. enjoy. Cathy knows the subdivision like no other and sends thoughtful quarterly newsletters to the residents. She was always pleasant and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. There's an annual organized yard sales. I am grateful to have her handle the sale but moreso get to know her better! Top notch.
