Catherine Umstead

Cathy has been a long time resident of Brentwood, TN. She has had a successful career in the music business in Nashville, mainly in the studios recording with greats such as Garth Brooks, Martina McBride, and Keith Urban. She enjoyed many years with the Nashville Symphony as a violinist, playing with the symphony in Carnegie Hall and winning two Grammys with the highly esteemed orchestra.

After investing in properties all over Nashville, Cathy decided to get a real estate license and launch a new career. She began her career back in 2014 and has been very successful in helping first time buyers get into the home of their dreams and helping investors buy that perfect income producing property. She is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

When Cathy is not showing properties, she can be found on the tennis court, the bridge table, or just spending time with her husband and German Shepherd.
