What Cathi Litle loves most about Real Estate is helping her clients find that perfect house that they will call home. Finding that 'perfect' house often comes with many difficulties, and her goal is to make the task as effortless as possible for all her clients.

She is dedicated, hardworking and energetic. Litle is personable and a definite people person. She takes immense pride in truly making sure that you understand and are comfortable with every step in the process of becoming a homeowner. Litle makes it her goal to make each of my clients feel that they are my only clients. She has worked with several out of area buyers and have had remarkable success in communicating and getting things taken care of efficiently and in a timely matter.

Having lived in Napa since 1981, Litle cannot imagine a better place to have called home and raised my family. Family is everything to her and she enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and granddaughters. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, trying all kinds of new foods, gardening, and bike riding with my husband and friends.

She has been with Coldwell Banker since 2005 and have held her license since 2006.
