Cathie Smith

Cathie Smith was born and raised in Villa Park and is proud to still call it home. Real Estate has been a part of her life since the day she was born. Growing up in a family where real estate is the family business, she learned to understand the commitment and dedication it takes to do the job well at an incredibly early age. She became the Managing Broker of G.M. Smith & Son Realtors in 1993 after the death of her dad and third generation, George C. Smith Jr. She collaborated with her mom, Ana D. Smith until she retired in 2009. She takes much pride in the personal service their office has been providing the community since 1920 and she plans to make sure that same high-quality service continues for years to come. She strives to make the three generations before her proud and to do the best job she can for her clients.
