We had the absolute pleasure of having Cathleen Frisbee as our realtor for the sell of my mom's house. Her superior work ethic shines through every step of the process. Her passion for her job and how deeply she cares for her clients is apparent from the very first meeting. She answered my questions (many times before I even asked it). Always positive, always there for you. She had quick solutions to some problems that as a family we had but not normally a realtor problem. I would definitely recommend Cathleen.

She was so responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. She gladly went out of her way to show us every house we asked about, even going above and beyond to get information on the area before seeing the house. I would highly recommend her as your realtor, whether you are buying or selling!
