Cathrine Castoreno

Born in San Francisco, Cathrine graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in public policy. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Cathrine led the development and implementation of informatics projects and coached executives on the most cost-effective program and policy decisions at Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. Prior to that, she represented the University of California to the Legislature and Governor regarding budget, finance, and programs as the basis for negotiating agreements between these two constitutional organizations. Today, she serves Bay Area buyers, sellers, and investors as a Broker Owner. Cathrine's working knowledge of economics, financial and real estate markets combined with highly developed communication skills provides all of her clients a keen advantage when buying or selling a home/investment property. Her commitment is to organize and present the vast amount of data and information needed to make confident real estate decisions in a manner that meets each client's individual needs.
