Born in East Texas, Cathy Allcorn-Downing was the longtime General Manager of Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort, an 850-acre vacation getaway. Her top priority at the ranch was client satisfaction.
Her growing family brought her to Southern California where she fell in love with not only her grandson but the healthy lifestyle and the beautiful ocean. She seamlessly moved into high end property management and real estate at Stubbs Real Estate. Cathy’s passion for real estate is centered around the joy and satisfaction that clients feel when they find the perfect home for their needs, or they sell their home to move on to another great adventure. Being a part of her clients' happiness is an incredible feeling.

Cathy is well-versed in all aspects of real estate including selling homes, buying homes and new home sales. She is confident working with both individuals and investors. Cathy also offers property management for those clients that would like to do long-term rentals and tenant finder services.
An adventurer at heart, Cathy enjoys exploring every bit of California and beyond while constantly discovering hidden gems along the way. She has a “life list” filled with past experiences and many things to carry out. Her many loves are cross country running, hiking, kayaking, snow skiing and horseback riding just to name a few. Striving for personal growth constantly by attending seminars and challenging herself learning new skills are a way of life.
