Cathy Bergeron

I began my career in real estate in January 1987 listing and selling homes in New Hampshire. I relocated to South Carolina in 2004 with my husband, earned my SC Brokers license and began working with The Litchfield Company. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I enjoy finding just the right property to help buyers achieve their dreams and goals, as well as helping sellers get the most value from their investments so they are able to move on to their next dream. I expanded my real estate expertise by earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1995, Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 1998, and Graduate Realtors Institute in 1991. Since coming to South Carolina, I have continued my real estate education by attending multiple seminars & classes to help better serve my clients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my granddaughters, playing golf and walking on the beautiful beaches.
