Cathy Claudell

Cathy grew up in Overland Park and have lived in the Johnson County area most of her life! She loves Kansas City, the people, the culture, AND the sports teams! She has been married to her husband, Terry for 39 years! They have four grown children, and three grandchildren! Her "grands" are her FAVORITE people on the planet!! When Cathy is not working, she loves traveling, especially to any location with a beach! She loves attending Royals games and cheering on their Super Bowl Champion Chiefs! She has also enjoyed volunteering with children at her church and with other local agencies through the years! What she loves most about her job is the PEOPLE that she meets from literally all over the world! Meeting their families and learning what is important to them and helping them buy or sell is a privilege! It is especially rewarding when her clients turn into friends!

Cathy began her real estate career in 1993 and have been working steadily for the past 28 years with buyers and sellers across the KC Metro area! She was fortunate to be awarded "Rookie of the Year", her first year in business! As time has passed, she been awarded the Five Star "Best in Client Satisfaction Award" over the 11 years, including this current year! Cathy is especially proud of this recognition since the selection process is based on the recommendations of her clients! For the last several years she has been awarded the President's Circle honor from BHHS KC Realty! She recently transferred to Realty Executives Elite, and she is very excited to see what the future holds!

As a native Kansas Citian, Cathy is familiar with the entire Metro area. She is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri! Her office is located in the Leawood/Overland Park portion of Johnson County! She has experience with relocations, new construction, and resale properties! During her career, she has shown and sold homes from Smithville to Springhill and Bonner Springs to Blue Springs! Cathy has sold rural properties, suburban properties, and downtown condos!
