You don't really know how "big" this home buying stuff can become & feel for people until you actually begin the process. Like so many folks, we were in the dark with a lot of thoughts rumors etc.. all we wanted was an agent who would be honest, educational, present & invested in us & help us succeed in truly getting into our first home. We honestly started our search 2 years prior. We went thorough a few diff lenders, discouraging numbers, detached & misleading agents & a lot of no prpgress.

However, 2 years later feeling defeated finally I reached out to Cathy. From day 1 she was everything we had hoped for. I do not believe there are enough appropriate words to decsribe how "capable" she made us feel !! Cathy on her own is such a unique & beautiful soul, she is encouraging, genuinely invested in people, educating, smarter than most in the business & overall determined for people to succeed ! We are blessed to now be homeowners in less than 6 months from our starting point with Cathy & John L Scott. I feel Like a huge suffocating cloud was lifted & now we can breathe & look forward to all that comes along with our 1st home !! I am still blown away by it all & how fast they all did this - everyone in their office I feel deserves anmazing kudos.

My husband and I met Cathy 15 years ago. She was representing the seller at a condominium that we were interested in buying. Immediately, we knew that she was trustworthy and honest. She assisted us in purchasing that condo and from then on, whenever we needed a realtor, we never even considered talking to anyone else.
We have bought and sold a few times in the subsequent years and she has always been amazing. She never made us feel rushed or uncertain about anything. There was never any question whether she had our best interest in heart. She is an amazing realtor and person and is willing to go out of her way to always be there for her clients. We have recently moved away from the area and still, if we need some advice, she is the person we call. I would recommend her has an agent to anyone looking to buy or sell. Cathy is absolutely amazing!!

I have to share my experience with Cathy Jean she is an amazing realtor. I sold my house in Shoreline during the pandemic and recieved an impressive price for my property during a time I had lots of concerns about selling. My house was on the market for 2 months. Cathy Jean negotiated a quick closing process and she also managed to find me exactly what I needed in my second home. I mean everything that I wanted she found. She really listened to my needs and helped alot with suggestions on how to best present my home when I was getting ready to sell.

Cathy has helped us sell several investment properties and she is very thorough in her marketing and pricing strategies. She does a great job in staging and often gets us way more than list price in record time with multiple offers. She explains all the processes thoroughly and helps us prepare the home so that we can rest assured that everything from the start of the listing to close is very stress free . I can call her anytime to ask questions about real estate and she always answers and helps me. We will never use anyone else but Cathy. She is our real estate agent for life.

Cathy has not only been a top producer in real estate when it comes to number of sales, fastest sold times for listings and generating multiple offers for her clients but she is and has always been a top producer when it comes to her clients customer service. She has built an almost 3 decade long real estate career from word of mouth which show cases the high level of client generated referrals she receives. You can’t get to the level she has nor the length at which she has been in real estate with nothing but amazing client based referrals unless you are doing something extremely right. Having your customers put their trust in you enough to send you their friends and family as well as become repeat clients themselves is hands down the greatest sign of an incredible business leader and real estate professional there is. Cathy is simply the best. She has helped us with two home purchases and two home sales in the last 6 year's. My husband and I have been very happy with her seamless efforts in all four transactions. Cathy is the best Real estate agent I have ever met. We used her in 2011 to buy a home and now in 2019 we sold the home and bought a new one. She genuinely cares and wants to help you anyway she can. No matter how long your search for your new home takes, she is always patient. She is also wonderful at selling your existing house. She staged our home for pictures and showings and we got way above our asking price with six offers in four days. To make it easy to pick one she put them all on a spreadsheet so we could easily compare.
We will always go to Cathy for anything house related.

My wife and I were introduce to Cathy Gladwell from a morgage broker we were working with. After meeting with Cathy and she showed us a few places even thou it wasn't anything of what we were looking for. She still work with us give us options of other places that she had listed in her data file. But more importantly she is and educator, not just there to make a quick buck. I remember one of the deal we taught we had was an( as is property), after the inspectionthere were a few things needed to be up to code, she put out her own money to get the property ready for the FHA Inspection. The deal didn't go through and she moved onn with us until we get the property of our choice. Cathy Hartmann Gladwell great job, I wish there were more like you in this world. My most recent real estate transaction with Cathy was as positive as the first one. She has helped me with 4 transactions to date and I would recommend her to anyone who wants an honest and straightforward real estate agent to handle your buying or selling needs. I appreciate Cathy because she is a hard worker, always puts her clients first and is totally honest even if what she tells you is not always what you want to hear. In my most recent transaction with Cathy I listed my condo with her and it sold in 3 days for $20,000 more than what it was listed for and closed in a month. Needless to say, I was very pleased with this outcome. Cathy educates her clients and lets them know what is going on every step of the way throughout the term of the transaction.
