For first time home buyers, Cathy was the perfect guide through a turbulent and fast-moving market. She led us patiently through every step in our process, never tiring of incessant questions, and always bringing warmth and consideration to walkthroughs, showings, and eventually, our final transaction! She also provided direct and candid advice when that was necessary. In a hot market like this, big decisions do have to made decisively. That can be an uncomfortable feeling, but Cathy leads you to those choices in such a supportive manner.
