After 15 years in the Technology Industry Cathy brought her expertise and passion to the world of Real Estate. As a 31-year Brookhaven resident, with 26+ years of successful selling in the Greater Atlanta Area, Cathy has a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools and businesses in the In-Town, Buckhead/Chastain, and North Atlanta areas. She has represented a wide variety of clients across an array of real estate transactions ranging from $300K to over $7M. Cathy has built a career on repeat and referral business, often selling homes that have never been placed on the market. In 2019 her business had doubled, and she joined another Top Producer & Long-time friend, Liz Breen and the dynamic duo formed the IannottiBreenGroup. This group continues to grow as Top Producing agents are added, all having the same mission, "Our clients are the most important thing in our business".
Cathy also has an affinity for design and significant construction expertise. She has a 20-year history of designing, building & renovating homes in the Historic Brookhaven neighborhood. Her main advice to her clients is buy/build in the right location and you will always sell with plenty of equity. Her keen eye and expertise in construction & design help clients understand what is possible in personalizing the home of their dreams. With considerable experience with New Neighborhood Construction homes, Cathy brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table. Her passion for real-estate is balanced by her passion for philanthropy. Cathy serves proudly on the Brookhaven Neighborhood Board (for many years) and is currently chairman of the New Neighbor Committee. She is an active member of the Brookhaven "FRIENDS" group supporting and leading numerous events benefiting the local Children's hospital. Cathy has chaired numerous large key Charity events in Atlanta benefiting causes like the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Northside Women’s Cancer Foundation, Year-Up and Fix Georgia Pets. All of her chosen non-profits are extremely important to her, and she continues to work multiple events every year.
Cathy has resided in Brookhaven since 1996 and has established a vast network of friends, relationships, and international clients. When she is not busy selling real-estate, Cathy spends her time on the local Tennis Courts, working on her Yoga Practice & loving on her rescue pup, Buddy. Cathy has two beautiful adult children, her 23-year-old daughter in Dallas, TX working in stem-cell research and her 19-year-old son is a Finance/Economics major at University of Florida. Her everyday quote to her friends and colleagues is “she is so blessed with a job she loves & a wonderful family living in a beautiful, diverse, and cultural city as Atlanta."
