Cathy Jackson is dedicated to providing a personable and knowledgeable real estate experience. Her career in real estate began in 1995 when she worked as an office manager for a large general contracting company in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Subsequently, she seized the opportunity to work with two premier resort communities in Duck, North Carolina. In 1998, she embarked on a new phase of her career in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where she served as an associate broker in real estate sales.
During her time in real estate sales on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Cathy gained valuable expertise in investment property analysis, second home investments, rental investments, and year-round sales. She maintains her status as a licensed real estate associate broker in North Carolina. In 2005, she relocated to the Hampton Roads area, where she earned her Virginia Brokers License. Today, she is thrilled to be an associate broker with Liz Moore and Associates, working with an innovative and supportive organization.
With a military background, including her father's service as an Army Medical Service Corp. Colonel, she has experienced numerous relocations herself. She understands the challenges of moving to a new area and is particularly skilled in working with military families, first-time homebuyers, and individuals relocating to the area. Over the course of more than 22 years, she has been assisting both buyers and sellers in realizing their dreams of finding the right home.
