Cathy Jusino

As a St John’s University graduate and raised by a Real Estate family, Cathy has a love for all things goal-oriented in-home ownership. Her previous work experience includes 18 years in banking, where she has developed a network of wonderful people that indirectly influence her passion and expertise in Real Estate. Originally from Queens, she can appreciate the need for space and the desire to provide a place for your family to call home. This is one of the many reasons she fell in love with Smithtown and Suffolk County living. She has always had a love for connecting with people and joining the Nedvin Home Team at Signature Premier Properties was a natural fit. Their team has over 40 years in the Real Estate Industry and each of them have a unique way of connecting and working hard for their clients. Throughout her career, she has always been known for her client focus, market insight, skilled negotiating and expertise in the buying and selling of homes, investment properties-in and out of state, as well as rehab opportunities. When she is not working, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and twin daughters. They are usually at any of the local Smithtown events, enjoying the outdoors or traveling. As an active member of our local school district, she enjoys supporting our PTA in fundraising and organizing events for our school. She also serves as President for Splashes of Hope, where their mission is turning clinical spaces into vibrant and welcoming spaces.
