We started our search with Cathy and she helped us narrow down our options on new build homes. She pointed out specific things with the properties as far as slope of land for water runoff, which side of the house the garage would be, guest parking options and possibility of utility box in the yard. Things I would not have thought about that would have been a big deal to me. We have not found the home yet but now I know additional things to be aware of! Looking forward to continuing our search with Cathy and would highly recommend using her if your in the market for a home!

Working with Cathy was such a wonderful experience throughout our entire home buying journey! We are new to the area so not only was she great to work with on the purchasing process, she has also been a great resource to help us get to know the area. She is so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She was patient with all of our questions and was always two steps ahead to make sure the process was moving along smoothly. Communication was excellent. She proactively sought out places on the market that met our criteria and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and then some! We had a great experience working with Cathy - we were buying and selling all at once and Cathy was wonderful putting our my mind at ease amidst my anxiety of how stressful this would be. She was patient with the ignorance that we brought to the table and explained everything we asked in as much detail as we required. She was like our personal advisor and went out of her way to research homes that would fit our criteria and budget, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy a home in an extremely competitive market. Cathy was always extremely responsive and thorough. She also coordinated home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice. Cathy has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process. It worked out perfectly, negotiations went smoothly, and we love our new home!  There's a reason she is becoming one of Nashville’s top realtors.
