Cathy did an outstanding job from beginning to end guiding us through the sale of our home. She provided expert planning and resources to help us make the necessary updates and stage our home to sell. When getting ready to list, Cathy made sure we had photos and videos that showcased our house beautifully. Most importantly, Cathy's responsiveness and calm demeanor throughout the entire process always made both us and our transaction feel like Cathy's top priority. We truly could not have had a better experience than we did with Cathy. Highly, highly recommend!

If you are looking for a realtor stop here. I was doing the same thing your doing looking for a realtor feeling overwhelmed not knowing who to work with. I took a shot in the dark and called Cathy. Best choice I ever made. She will make you understand everything before you even look at house. She will work with you and won’t ever make you feel stupid for asking questions. I work as a fire fighter and she worked with me and my crazy schedule. Not matter what time she always would get back to me. Even in this market she knows what’s she’s doing and will help you find what you want. Stop looking and work with Cathy. I promise you won’t regret it!

Cathy is the best in the business period. If you need someone to do it all—she’s the one. Her overall knowledge of real estate and current market trends is best in class. She will spend the time to ask the right questions, is always available when her client needs her, and has a great touch with communicating to the other side of the table whether buyers or sellers. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone who is considering selling their home. From our first meeting, she set herself apart from other realtors we interviewed by her professionalism and preparation. She gave us a binder of information about my home area, their agency, her background, and what services they provide. What isn’t mentioned is that Cathy holds your hand as well. My highs, hopes, downs, doubts, and successes in the end were with her. She is very communicative and responsive. Her advice was on point and always reasonable. She went out of her way to assist us, and even above and beyond in some circumstances. We live out of town and leaving my house in her care gave me peace. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the processes (all of it) that you need to go through. So, if you’re considering selling your house, give Cathy a chance to impress you, because I know you will be.

We would like to begin by bragging about Ms. Cathy Litoborski’s diligence, knowledge of the real estate industry, and for her endless appreciation and love for her profession.

During each stage of our selling process Ms. Litoborski has gone above and beyond. She began with a thorough review of our homes providing market data to use for comparison to assist in establishing a great price point for selling. Her behind the scenes work really paid off as multiple offers were received throughout the process; also independent surveys indicated the price was appropriate. She hired professional photographers and personally provided oversight of the photo process. She was precise with the arrangement of the photos representing both the inside and outside of our home to ensure the best lighting for our listing. As we now search for a new home, we really recognize the value of the service Ms. Litoborski provided more than ever; the presentation of our home was stellar compared to the quality of homes being seen on the internet currently.

As offers came in she was helpful in negotiating which ones to give serious consideration to. Additionally, she assisted in providing helpful business partners such as a lawyer, movers (and packers) and yes, even junk removal. All of her suggestions have proven to be invaluable! Throughout the process she continually motivated us to present our home in the best possible way; especially being a much older couple with bad knees and a bad back it seemed like a daunting task. With her encouragement, we were able to push through until the closing.

She started as a professional and ended up making us feel like family. We personally would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. It will be hard to find anyone who would measure up to the standard that she has set.

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about everything real estate, but she couldn’t have been nicer, kinder or more personal throughout the process. Cathy is - without a doubt - the most professional, responsive and competent real estate professional that I have EVER worked with. As an out-of-state Seller, she took the lead in all phases of the preparation, marketing and selling of my childhood home of 60 years. Cathy Litoborski has been a realtor for the sale and purchase of homes in our family for many years. When it came time for us to buy our first house, Cathy was the obvious and best choice! She was very responsive by phone or text and helpful in answering any questions we had. It was great how flexible she was in setting up appointments to view homes, and she provided a great recommendation for a home inspector.
