Cathy Martinez is ‘Connecting Hearts to Homes’ enthusiastically by being a licensed real estate agent. She strongly believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge and support they need to find the home they have always dreamed of. Whether it be their first home or the home they plan to retire in, she works incredibly hard to ensure each part of the transaction is understood and seamless. A mother of two girls, and two fur babies, Cathy loves spending time with her family.

Cathy was born and raised in Pueblo; uniquely her mother is from South Korea. Cathy loves cooking Korean food with her girls and continuing her families multi-cultural family traditions. Cathy was in Pediatric Dentistry for 14 years before she made the decision to start practicing real estate. She loved working with kids and their families and plans to continue to do so, through helping families like hers, find a place they can call home and their own. She loves getting to know people and their stories, and supporting them in their own personal growth, in any way that she can.

Cathy knows and loves her hometown and is excited to introduce what she loves about Pueblo to you. Cathy is about building connections that will last longer than just a transaction. Connecting heart to home is her ambition and helping you find what you love is her way of doing that.
