Cathy helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Cathy is absolutely amazing, pure and simple! Within 24 hours of contacting her she provided us with a large list of for sale homes that we picked from to view. She was very flexible and understanding of our crazy schedule and made time to go with us to view homes. While viewing homes she provided her honest opinion about the property and listened to our opinions as well. When it came time to put an offer in she helped explain how things worked, what the next steps were etc. She did a great job answering every question and concern that we had during the home purchasing process. Cathy was available by phone anytime we called her and she was prompt on returning emails as well. During the process we never felt alone and we felt as though we were kept in the loop with every issue. Cathy even took the time to come to our closing in case there was an issue or if we had a question about the paperwork. We really appreciated that from her. WOW!!! We enlisted Cathy to help us sell our home, and her upbeat personality, knowledge, and personal attention made choosing her to help us find our new home a no-brainer. Throughout the process, Cathy was always available to answer our MANY questions with a true knowledge of not only our county, but the surrounding counties as well. If she ever didn't have an answer (which was rare), she would find out the answer and get back to us promptly. She was always in touch and we never felt like we had been left hanging. My experience with Cathy was absolutely amazing. I contacted her on this website and within a couple of hours she called and got a search for my new home set up immediately. Not even 24 hours later I received an email with a large list of homes to look at and decide if I wanted to go see them in person. Soon after that we were viewing the homes I had been attracted to. The first home we saw I immediately fell in love with! It was everything I had told Cathy I wanted in a home. After viewing a couple more homes, within a week I put an offer in on the home. My husband contacted Cathy in June 2012 asking for an professional opinion of what we could expect to list our home for. Our neighborhood had suffered greatly during the housing crisis. While things had improved, they had not improved enough for us to be able to afford paying an agent. Cathy spent June 2012 - January 2013, not just keeping in touch with us but actually offering valuable advice while we attempted to sell on our own - During those months we weren't even under contract with her . By January 2013 things had improved more and we asked Cathy to list our home. We had been in our home for over 25 years and it was very emotional process.
