Cathy is super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She has helped sell my home and buy my current home. She was always available by phone any time I had questions. We met Cathy at an open house a few months ago. We immediately connected. So when it was time to sell our house we knew who to call. She is very to date on current trends, pricing and what people are looking for. We put our house on the market on a Thursday night at midnight and had it sold the next day. Cathy and her partner Laura were amazing and so awesome to work with through the selling and buying of our homes. It was truly like working with old friends and made the process fun, even with two kids and a baby on the way. They staged and marketed our house beautifully and we got 7 at or above listing offers on our home in under 24 hours. They also were patient with us as we searched all around town for our forever home and couldn’t be happier with our dream home. There is only one word to describe the service we received from Cathy, AWESOME! After trying to sell our property with another realtor and getting poor results we were fortunate to find Cathy. Best move we ever made, not only did Cathy sell the house in 30 days, she staged it, arranged for some upgrades and repair items to be addressed and stayed in constant contact with us ever step up the way right up till settlement. Cathy Morgan-Dendrinos and her partner, Laura Finney, recently completed the sale of our home in Howard County, Maryland. Cathy and Laura made some excellent recommendations about updates to our 17-year-old home prior to listing it, and we very much appreciated the fact that their recommendations were respectful of our wish to keep renovation costs as low as possible. They also staged our home beautifully as part of their service,. We listed our home briefly during the holidays last year, then took it off the market until June, 2019. Within the first week we had three offers - and we sold at $10K more than our asking price. Several of our neighbors have already expressed an interest in using their services.

Selling your home can be a "painful" process, but Cathy and Laura strive to make the realtor/client relationship a true partnership. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a positive and successful home sale experience.
