Cathy was fantastic throughout our homebuying process! She is extremely friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the Knoxville market. Cathy was very thorough in gaining a great understanding of what it was my wife and I were looking for in a home, and answering our many questions as first-time buyers. She not only stressed the importance of dedication and service to us...she more than backed it up with action! We thought it would take much longer to find and close on a home; from start to finish with Cathy the process took about two months. I was introduced to Cathy via her son, after an off-hand comment about my difficulty selling my condo. What a wonderful lady!! She was very helpful with assisting my wife and I with reintroducing our home to the market. We had originally listed our condo with another agent, and purchased a larger home in Sevier County. We anticipated a quick sale, but it sat on the market for a full year. Our prior agent had very few showings, and very little communication about any interest in the property. Cathy, on the other hand, was very astute with market advice! She made solid recommendations about pricing and staging that resulted in multiple showings in the first week, and a solid purchase offer after that. I couldn't believe the total turn-around between two agents! Cathy is a miracle worker, in my eyes, and I cannot sing her praises enough!! I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home in the Knoxville metropolitan area. You will not be disappointed with Cathy or any of her team!!

WOW! What a pleasant experience in a sometimes not so pleasant situtation! Cathy was such a professional from the moment I met her until the sale was completed. I was an absentee seller and Cathy made sure all of the details were covered eventhough I was 200 miles away. Her communication was impecable and her skills in negotiating were very advantageous to both me (the seller) and to the buyer through their agent. Cathy's business ethics are of the highest level and she will definitely take your objectives and make them hers as well and get the transaction done in the most expedious manner possible!

Cathy came highly recommended to us through our mortgage broker and with good reason. As a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions about purchasing a home, the process we would go through, the relentless search for the perfect home, making an offer and finally getting to the closing table. Cathy helped us through every step of the way, she was extremely attentive to our needs as clients, she listened to our comments and concerns while we looked at houses to help identify what it was we were really looking for in a home. Cathy really impressed us when she took the extra time and effort to figure out our individual personalities, in just a few short days she knew that I was a Mr. Fix-it kind of guy and that Melissa was quiet and very reserved. Armed with that information she would point out things that I could most likely change around or fix to our liking. Cathy also made an extra effort to ask Melissa for her input and what she thought about a particular house. Cathy is dedicated to her career and her clients, I often would get emails of new listings as well as email correspondence from Cathy late into the evening or bright and early in the morning. She went to bat for us on this home purchase when the sellers agent couldn't get the deal closed, she went over and above what we expected and worked with the agents Broker to make the deal a reality for us. How many real estate agents do you know would have the guts to call the agents broker and fight for you to get the deal closed? We will continually recommend Cathy to all our friends and family. We have the utmost trust in her, knowing if she can exceed our expectations of a real estate agent she would do the same for our friends and family.

My name is Jonathan katsiros. My wife and I used Cathy to sell our home and she was great. We chose her because of the awards she had received for being a top producer. We expected her to have a lot of knowledge on what we need to do to sell our home, what we need to fix, and how to stage it. We did exactly what she said and we had an offer on our house within a week of implementing her suggestions. What impressed me most about Cathy was her communication. She kept me informed when anything was happening with our listing by email and phone, and if I ever had a question she answered it right away or got the answer for me as soon as she could. What I would say to a friend if I recommend her to them is that she gets things done; and if you want your house sold she is the one to get it sold.
