I have worked with Cathy and her partner Chris twice; once buying and once selling. Their expertise and dedication was fantastic. When buying, Cathy was able to persuade the seller to go with my offer even though he had 2 higher offers. When selling, she and Chris saved me all kinds of time and expense in what projects I should not do and which I should. Cathy came up with a marketing plan that resulted in many offers and was a great negotiator to get me top dollar. I would recommend her services highly.

My wife and I have known Cathy for nearly 15 years. Cathy had helped us purchase two properties (a condominium and a single family home), and we have remained friends ever since. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. During our house hunts, Cathy always created a pressure-free environment, always willing to provide an honest opinion without feeling pressured into a purchase. Cathy was a great listener and was super responsive to my requests to see homes. She was in it and worked hard to be flexible with my schedule (two kids, working parents). She has great expertise is negotiating and offers great guidance through escrow inspections. I am so happy with my home - just sad to have to conclude business with Cathy, what a great realtor!
