Cathy Rossano began her career in real estate as chief of staff and lead associate to the #2 revenue generating agent in Denver. During her tenure she provided direct support to over two hundred transactions, including progressive new development projects, resales and assisting Buyers. Immersed in a comprehensive training and learning environment, Cathy developed real-time firsthand experience while completing her formal certification and state licensing.
Previously, Cathy spent fifteen years in sales and corporate account management. She is an experienced negotiator, adept at managing competing expectations simultaneously and always striving to provide her clients a positive experience. “Managing a high volume in annual revenue, with demanding and diverse project partners, gave me insight to what motivates people and how to satisfy them.”
A graduate of CU Boulder, mother and wife, Cathy is adamant that her business provides meaningful work. “I believe that our surroundings have a profound impact on our personal lives. The aesthetics of a neighborhood, the community, schools, their access to the outdoors, the architecture, the light, the colors, the space – it all matters to one’s sense of home and wellbeing. My goal is to help align a client’s wants and needs with the right space. I am a modern-day matchmaker.”
Cathy enjoys all the adventures of the Colorado outdoors and is an avid tennis player. A self-proclaimed home body, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, and beloved mini-labradoodle Louie. She is a member of The Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
