Cathy Rustin’s focus on integrity, hard work, and stellar service have propelled her to one of the area’s leading real estate agents. Specializing in Sarasota waterfront homes, Rustin is a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild.

Cathy is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia in advertising and marketing. Before moving to Florida, she served as a commercial printing broker in Atlanta Georgia for over 35 years, while maintaining a real estate and associate broker’s license. Cathy brought this same entrepreneurial spirit and passion to her real estate career in Sarasota, earning the Rookie of the Year award as well as the Gold Circle award for achieving more than $5 million in sales volume in her first year as a local agent.

Cathy is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Winefest/Caring for Children’s Charities, the Operations Board for the Pines of Sarasota, and the Board of Advisors of the Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast. She enjoys photography, scuba diving, boating, bicycling, and traveling.
