Cathy Torres is an amazing realtor. She not only will sell your home & find a new one for you she also helps prep your home for sale. I have witnessed her painting, cleaning & staging homes to help make them appealing to sell quickly. I believe Cathy goes beyond what is normally expected from a realtor. Cathy Torres, is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond what would be considered "the job" to help us sell our home in Wichita. When everything that could go wrong with the sale of our house, did go wrong, she stuck with us and helped us to navigate thru some very stressful situations. Her determination, encouragement, and positive attitude, kept us going. She cares about her clients and is easy to trust because you can see her strong character and her excellent work ethics in motion as you are working with her. When we told her we felt abandoned by our realtor in Kansas City and we didn't know what to do... she didn't hesitate to step in and help us (she didn't have to, and knew she would not receive any payment for her endless hours of helping us) but, she did it anyway. Cathy took us under her wing and helped us so we did not loose the contract for our new home in Kansas City. I would highly recommend Cathy, you will not be disappointed and you can be certain she will do everything she possibly can to sell your home.
