About Cathy

I serve the greater King County area in Washington, and I've helped buyers purchase homes all over the state. My office is in the South Puget Sound Area and I live in West Seattle. I grew up on the Eastside so I am very familiar with Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Issaquah. I began working in real estate in 2004 and have been with the same firm since I started. I changed offices to be closer to my home, but stayed with the same firm because of their high degree of integrity and professionalism. The designations I have achieved are Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Sellers Representative, Certified Foreclosure Specialist (Bank owned and Short Sales). I graduated with a BA degree in Business from Washington State University. I received the 5 Star Real Estate Agent from Seattle Magazine for 2013-15, Finalist for Best Real Estate Agent for Kent and Covington/Maple Valley areas for 2010-2015.

Today is March 12, 2015. I have worked with Cathy 3 years. Over that time I have purchased (2) 4 plex's and my personal residence from her and as the result of her work for me. I am an investor and have a full time career. She has provided consistant help and been available for analysis when I've needed help or information. I am a man who expects help the way I would receive from Nordstrom. Cathy has met that expectation. When I ask for more she , without hesitation is there to get and provide the information I need to make a purchase decision. If I ask for something out of the box and she adapts to what my needs are and trys to provide the Information I want in the way I want it. I recomend Cathy as a person who will make herself available to you and work with you as often as you need for as long as you need her. Even months after closing she has been instrumental in going back to help settle issues with escrow that came up with unpaid bills months after closing. She is available and helpful and she continues to help me find properties that fit my criteria to this day. I do not see ending this working relationship I have with her. I am a 4 plex multi -family dwelling purchaser in King County and I have also purchased my primary residence from her as my agent.

Cathy has longstanding expertise as a realtor, and her knowledge of local real estate was key in helping us find a suitable home. She knows the processes involved in purchasing a house very well (and they are very complicated!) without which we would have been lost. A very important part of Cathy's approach is her honesty and integrity which was a critical component for us. Cathy never has a hidden agenda - everything is out on the table, nothing is ever hidden - another key component in our obtaining the right house! In addition to Cathy's awesome real estate skills and personal skills, she is a very approachable and diplomatic. She comes with a high recommendation from us!
