Cathy Wilson with Premier Midwest Realty, INC was absolutely wonderful!!! She and her husband, Sidon, were there for us the WHOLE journey. This includes searching for homes, to telling us what the buying process would look like, supporting us post purchasing, and more. With no notice, they showed up to the house to assist with emergencies we could not have expected. This is most definitely who you want on your side during this process!

My partner and I were exploring the idea of buying a home but honestly didn’t know where to start. Cathy and Sidon were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the process of buying a home. They gave us plenty of useful information and answered all of our questions, even questions that were not necessarily meant for them but for our finance company but since this was all new to us we didn’t know who to ask and they were able to assist! They were also very patient with us, at first we wanted a multiple units building and looked at soooo many then our family started growing and we decided it was better to purchase a home. They then assisted us with finding a home. It did take 1 year for us to find our perfect home but that had other things factored into it, but Cathy stuck with us!! She knew we had very specific things that we wanted for our first home and price range and found that home for us. The day of the viewing for our home my partner and I couldn’t go so Cathy went for us and she was so excited and so sure that was the ONE. It did end up being the one! She really took into consideration what we wanted and knew this would be the perfect home. I truly appreciate all her patience and knowledge and not only did she become our preferred realtor that we refer to family and friends but she became a friend to us! Her and Sidon and great people, and great realtors, they will be assisting us on our future home purchases!
