Catrice Holmes

Catrice Holmes, Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. Born in Chicago, raised in the northwest suburbs Catrice has the experience of living the city and more rural areas. She gained her Bachelors of Science in Biological Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her lived experiences helped her best identify her clients wants as she services all of the Chicagoland area. After purchasing her first investment property, Catrice realized her passion for assisting with the transfer of wealth by way of buyers and sellers for residential, commercial, and investment properties. Catrice is devoted to developing personal relationships with all of her clients by providing customized service that will allow them to enjoy and understand their process. Catrice enjoys being a mother, studying marker trends and changes, and Volunteering as Co-Vice Chair of Young Women in Biology- Chicago chapter. She is dedicated to growth and success of her community and supports and advocates for the development of programs and initiatives that promote advancement.
