CC was a dream realtor! She helped us buy our first home and made the process enjoyable. She was recommended by friends of ours and we're so happy we chose her. She is straightforward, honest, and always had our best interest in mind. She had a good idea of what a house was really worth and advised us on what offers to make. She is accessible and was available to show us houses on short notice. Things can get stressful when buying a house but she keeps her cool and eased our anxieties that we would find the right one, and we did! Highly recommend her!

My husband and I worked with Cynthia (CC) to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. CC sold an occupied rental property for us. Not only was she patient and thorough with myself she was also empathic and explained the process to the tenants. It was a hard decision to sell knowing that two other families (not including mine) would be affected by this but CC stepped up and delt with all of our individual personalities and just did an amazing job. She sold the house for what we expected with a cash offer and 2 week escrow. I also felt that she had our best interest at heart not just how much the commission would be. If I ever need real estate help again she is my go to person no shopping around needed.

CC was great helping us find our first home. It's a tough market and there are SOOOOO many things to know. We felt really comfortable with her guiding us through the process. We'd worked with another agent who kept showing us properties outside our budget and that got really frustrating. CC was great at respecting our limits, and working hard to find us what we wanted. We hired CC (Cynthia Summerfield) to sell our house in Encinitas, Ca. She was prompt and had our listing up very quickly. She had great ideas for marketing and our house sold for the price we wanted in under 60 days which was way better than we had expected with the condition of the market at the time. She handled all aspects with a friendly but firm professionalism and really stayed on top of everything to ensure that the transaction went though with no problems.

We had such a great experience with the sale of our house that we asked her to represent us in buying our current home in Dana Point. It turned out to be a complicated endeavor. She handled it with ease and everything worked out perfectly. We love our new house and were very pleased with the way she handled everything.

I can't recommend her highly enough, she really is a fantastic person to work with and we plan to use her again if we are ever in the market to buy or sell.

We were new to San Diego and met CC at an open house by chance. She seemed nice and we didn't know anyone in the area, so we asked her to help us find a house. We lucked out because CC was the ideal agent in every way. She is responsive, honest, and knows the market well. My wife and I were online everyday searching listings for the latest homes to come on the market. Many times and with little notice CC made herself available to us to see houses all over San Diego county. We would ask to see one house on the far end of town, and end up visiting six others at the last minute. CC was always gracious and accommodating as we constantly made last minute requests to see houses. We can't say enough good things about CC and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. In the end we ended up in the perfect house at the right price. The house even closed in a very short timeframe thanks to CC's efforts. CC Summerfield is truly a customer focused professional.

CC Summerfield is AMAZING!!!! I had a townhouse in Chula Vista that I tried to sell previously for a year and a half couldnt get it sold took it off the market. A year later I was BLESSED to have CC recommended to me and she had it sold within a week!!!!! She ran into a few road blocks in closing but handled it all with little or no stress to me. When it was all done it almost felt unreal how EASY she made the process go. Once again CC is amazing I would not think of anybody eles to use if I was to sell my house now or purchase a new one.
