My husband and I have been searching for our 1st home since 2019. We worked with five different real state agents before meeting cece. The issue with our previous real state agents is that they didnt know what time management was. When we had questions or when we wanted to see a property they were never available. Cece on the other hand she was ALWAYS available to answer our questions either via email, txt or call. The first day we called Cece she started working with us immediately. She already had a presentation ready to go explaining the process etc. My first impression of Cece was that she was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly she made us feel like family. The process as a first time home buyer is not easy but she was always there every step of the way making sure that we felt comfortable with our decisions. We highly recommend cece and her team!!!

Thank you Cece for the grate job. I was dealing with 2 other realtors that showed very little interest on helping and by accident I ran into Cece Antonetti, she wone my trust right away with her quick reply and patience to explain the process being that I was a first time buyer. God puts the right people at the right time always. In less than a month Cece had my 🔑 and my family happy in our new home. Absolutely the best agent we have worked with! Cece went above and beyond! as a first tine home buyer, my experience was great. Cece went above and beyond in locating homes for us, answered our questions at any time of the day..... ANY TIME! (sorry Cece!) We worked with Cece 2 years ago but unfortunately life happened and we had to put our house hunt on hold. we worked with another agent that was purely interested in showing homes that would give the agent the most commision and only worked from 9am to 5pm after that we had to wait for the following day to get a response only to get a.... (well its out of our network but let me see what i can do). not a very good experience, then Cece was recomended to us. her dedication to us was unbelievable and sooo refreshing! I honestly felt like she was my sister trying her best to get me the best price, disscounts, ADVISE!! and most of all made sure we were happy with our decission! From the bottom of my heart! Cece is amazing! I bought my first house because of Cece. I’ve looked for homes a year ago with another realtor and I ended up not buying a home. I was feeling forced to buy ASAP. I’m such a picky buyer, I want to make sure I have the PERFECT home to settle in with my new family. Cece is amazing! She was soooooo patient with me. Also, I’m a nurse and I work night shift. So it’s hard to be free during the day because I sleep. And Whenever I was available, Cece made sure she can meet with me to check out some homes. I think we saw allll the homes in my price range in San Diego. She made sure I bought the perfect home! Also, not only is she patient, but she has such a fun attitude. You will not be bored looking at homes with her! I HIGHLY recommend Cece if you’re a picky buyer and want to make sure you get the perfect home.

If you were to look up the definition for CeCe in the dictionary, you would see a great communicator, informative, punctual, a problem solver spliced with a positive contagious energy. We used CeCe from Realty World HomeCares to sell our first home. CeCe made the whole process of selling seamless and very informative. We first interviewed CeCe if she would be a good fit as a seller’s agent, she was so professional, she came with homework in hand that had comparable houses that had recently sold nearby and provided us a general ball park of what our home was worth. CeCe was instrumental in guiding us through the prepping of our home to sell, marketing of our home (which includes professional photos and marketing), all the way through the closing process, she was there for us in every step of the process just ready and willing to help us every step of the way. Long story short, we received an offer in about 6 days and CeCe was able to sell our home above our initial market evaluation of our home.

Due to our positive experience with CeCe, we decided to purchase our current home and a second investment property (condo) with her as well. CeCe was patient, professional and very responsive throughout the entire purchasing process. CeCe and team were professional, and proactive, from start to finish.
