Cecile Gonzalez Muir is a California native with over 15 plus years’ experience in the real estate industry. She studied English and Psychology in college. She began her career as a paraprofessional in an elementary school, then transitioned to a counselor assistant at a high school and after six years decided to start recruiting for IT and Insurance firms. She then shortly got licensed in Life, Property and Casualty, became an insurance agent with Farmers Insurance. She also assisted clients with home loans. Seven years later met her husband, David, when visiting Dallas, a few years after married, and she moved to Texas. Her loan experience landed her in the Mortgage Service industry, where she further assisted clients with home mortgage needs, worked with REO, asset managers and Loan Modification processes. She next decided to study to get licensed as a real estate agent in 2009 while having her fulltime job. Got licensed in 2010 and joined Coldwell Banker Realty. Her real estate business includes First time home buyers, Relocation, Luxury, and Renovation/investment properties. She enjoys working with multifaceted Buyers and Sellers. She also loves helping with her clients, charities of choice and volunteering. Her years spent in the education, counseling, mortgage, recruiting and insurance industries have helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to clients goals, people oriented and a positive outlook. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying, selling or leasing a home by providing ongoing communication and knowledge. She continuously works on obtaining further certifications and designations for her real estate licensing. Knowledge and better assisting clients are important to her professionally.
