As team leader of Elite Home Partners Group, Cecelia is a positive, helpful partner; a trusted resource; and a guide who steers her clients smoothly through the process of buying or selling a home. She especially loves helping buyers who are moving upward and onward – First Time Buyers moving from tenancy to home ownership, and luxury buyers who are moving up to something even more wonderful. To serve those luxury buyers and sellers well, she studied and gained certification with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Cecelia began her working career in finance and customer service management for Ford Motor Credit and The Associates. In those positions she honed her skills in listening and negotiation and gained valuable insight into what people want and how they should be treated. As a result, she’s a dedicated advocate for her clients through closing and beyond. Although successful in the corporate world, she continued to be drawn by her passion for real estate. Ten years ago she decided it was time to follow her heart, and made the transition to a real estate career. Since then she’s also developed strong marketing skills, using innovative strategies to put her listings in front of the most likely buyers. I know the territory well and stay abreast of market trends in the various neighborhoods.
