Cecelia works with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and has extensive experience assisting VA buyers, with in-depth knowledge of the VA homebuying process, including eligibility, financing benefits, appraisals, and lender coordination. Helping veterans and active-duty service members achieve homeownership is especially meaningful to Cecelia, as she values giving back to those who serve our country and our communities.

She also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and luxury buyers and sellers. To better serve high-end clients, Cecelia earned certification from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, providing advanced expertise in luxury pricing, targeted marketing, and negotiation strategies.

Before transitioning into real estate, Cecelia built a successful career in finance and customer service management with Ford Motor Credit and The Associates. Those roles sharpened her listening, negotiation, and client advocacy skills while providing valuable insight into client expectations. Although successful in the corporate world, her passion for real estate led her to make the transition more than a decade ago. Since then, she has developed strong real estate marketing expertise, using innovative strategies to position properties in front of the most qualified buyers.

A Texas native with deep-rooted knowledge of the Dallas–Fort Worth market, Cecelia stays closely attuned to local market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and evolving real estate conditions. Together with her Elite Home Partners team, she delivers exceptional market insight, personalized service, and consistent results.

Cecelia is actively involved in the community she loves, volunteering and fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and participating in several professional and community organizations. She is also active in her church, where she serves on the Dream Team, reflecting her commitment to leadership and service. Outside of real estate, Cecelia enjoys reading, traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends.
