A veteran of both the Fashion and Real Estate Industries, Cecile has an impressive background in business and commercial real estate through which she has developed exceptional customer service skills. She ensures that the needs of buyers and sellers are her top priority and believes a consistent practice of excellent communication and professionalism contribute toward the best customer experience.
Having grown up in Dallas, Texas, Cecile also lived in California and most recently, Shreveport, Louisiana. After selling her international distribution business, she entered the real estate field learning the appraisal business in Key West and becoming certified later in Louisiana. This experience helped her develop expertise in residential real estate valuation. Leveraging her passion for the real estate industry and her background in sales, she transitioned into commercial real estate where she worked for over 10 years as an agent with Vintage Realty Company. She specialized in brokerage and leasing in the areas of retail, office, medical, industrial, land, and investment property, developing expertise in the representation of both buyers/tenants as well as sellers/landlords. Cecile has a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
Cecile enjoys being active in the community she lives and works in. She was a member of the Rotary Club of South Shreveport and the Military Affairs Council, as well as Board Member and Secretary of Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana, where she was twice awarded Board Member of the Year. She also founded and served as President of the non-profit organization, Shreveport-Bossier Supports Barksdale (Air Force Base).
Cecile has been married to her husband, John, who is also a Realtor®, for 31 years. She loves boating (especially sailing), traveling, and cooking. She looks forward to using her expertise to assist buyers and sellers in navigating the waters of residential real estate on Longboat Key.
