Cecilia is a licensed associate broker and local resident and has been in the real estate industry since 2003. In 2004 Cecilia achieved the Masters Emerald award from Century 21, which is $153,000 in gross commission. Striving on and working diligently, she was awarded the Centurion Award in 2005, which is the highest award to be achieved with an adjust gross commission of $225,000. Moving forward the following years, Cecilia was awarded the Masters Diamond with an adjusted gross commission of $199,000. Over the next several years, Cecilia continued to work hard and achieve numerous awards such as Ruby, Million Dollar Level, Gold Circle, Pacesetter and Quality Service Pinnacle awards.

Being a member of NYS Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors, Cecilia has always stood by a code of ethics, honesty and integrity. Besides specializing in residential properties, co-op, and condo sales, she has also been very successful in the listing and sale of new construction working with builders.

Cecilia primarily works in the areas of Howard Beach, Broad Channel, Hamilton Beach, Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, Glendale, Middle Village, Maspeth, Rockaways, and Brooklyn. She has recently ventured out into the Hamptons, with a more than million-dollar sale in Southampton.
