When we first started working with Cecilia, we were new to Denver and unfamiliar with the city and its various neighborhoods. We were also a bit unfocused in terms of what type of home we were looking for - new construction, scrape and build, an older home that need renovation, etc. So needless to say we were a bit of a challenge, yet Cecilia rose to it! She was incredibly patient with us, a great listener, super responsive/available, communicative, professional, and willing to go along for the ride until we found our home. She was also willing to accommodate some of our long shot ideas (like sending letters to hundreds of homeowners whose homes were not listed for sale, eg). Although we were new to Denver, we’re experienced homeowners, having owned several homes in different cities, and have pretty defined tastes (some might say we’re picky :)), which probably made us even more of a challenge to deal with. Nevertheless, she persisted! If you’re looking for a realtor in Denver, we would definitely recommend her!
