Cecilio has a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing from St. Mary's University, San Antonio Texas, and a master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is an avid runner who competes (against his personal best) in local long-distance races. He also loves to grill and enjoys time with family and friends.
