Can not say enough great things about Cedric! My husband and I spent 3 years searching for the right home. Cedric was patient, informative and very supportive when I though I would never find the right one. He gave us realistic expectations about the market and what we should expect to pay. When we finally found the right house, he went bat for us and helped us secure the home of our dreams. I am recommending him to all of my friends and I've already told him he will be my daughter's realtor when she is ready to buy a house.

What can I say? Cedric Adams was a superior realtor during the COVID-19 shut down. During this time, he walked me through the home buying process, referred me to the important resources needed and was a font of knowledge. He almost always had an answer to my questions or would find one if he didn’t. Cedric took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home and tried to find properties with these features. He was always patient, professional and a good sense of humor to boot! I am now in a home that I love in a neighborhood that I love. I can’t thank him enough! I highly recommend working with Cedric.

Cedric was first class throughout the entire selling process for my condo in Dorchester and went above and beyond.
