Cedric was an excellent realtor! I closed on our first house while my husband was overseas. Cedric consistently kept me abreast of where we were in the process as well as what the next step would be. He was definitely available when needed and was always willing to go above and beyond duties. He consistently remained professional and did all he could to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. From choosing locations, floorplans, providing comps, helping find a lender, etc. You name it he was at his peak perfomance across the board. I would recommend him highly.
