Ms. Epner joined Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc. in 2010 & was the Director of the Valuation & Advisory Senior Housing / Healthcare Practice Group. Prior to that she was a senior appraiser at Healthtrust. Ceiliah was involved in real estate consulting/sales with Miami Real Estate Group & in 2019 has joined Compass.
