It was such a great experience buying home with Celia. Her personality, education level, prior experience in investment, her quickness, high level of intelligence created a life-long lasting agent relation. It is hard to describe in words. What makes an agent trust worth, her negotiation skills, her dedication to her job, Celia has it all. Anytime you need to reach her, she answers your call right away. For me, only people with talent and dedication should raise in their career, and Celia is placed at the top in my mind.

Celia Li is, with no doubt, the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. She is not only professional but kind and nice as well. Her gentle voice with the enthusiasm she put in her business definitely make her another level.
Usually when I talk with an agent, I would consider “know your audience” as the first priority, and she nailed it. Unlike other agents who tries pushing our budget and recommending all the fancy place, Celia knows exactly what kind of property I was searching, and knows exactly how much I want to pay. And in a market like South Bay, I guarantee you it’s not easy to find a place where it meets all your needs and fall in exactly your budget range, but she somehow made it happen. God know how much effort she put into searching for the market, preparing flawless paperwork and negotiate with selling agent. And I would never thank her enough for getting us the lovely home we are in right now. And ever I need to purchase another property, she will absolutely be my go-to gal and I’m looking forward to that already.

Celia is an amazing agent and a good person.I have dealt with a few agents since I relocated to the Bay Area since COVID-19 and they were unsuccessful with finding my new home within my budget and requirements. Celia is very professional, proactive and diligent. She responded to me and my hubby very fast by providing all information we needed. She won my confidence and trust, especially when we received multiple recommendations for the whole summer. I can be really picky but Celia held my hand through the whole process. She also gave us a lot of help during the escrow closing period, also helped a lot finding us the appropriate moving company, handy man, property tax related inquires.I highly recommend her services and look forward to her assistance with my future real estate needs.
