As first-time investment buyers, we really felt at ease with the thoroughness of and responsiveness throughout the process. Celine is a very resourceful and an experienced agent. She helped our compnay from assisting in getting papers to finding our investment properies。She's a honest, eager and diligent agent that helped in looking for the right investment properties to our demands. Her insight helped us and make the process more eaier to our decision process.

When we finally found the invest deals we wanted it was through her suggestions that we come in with a strong offer that included some creative options to entice the seller to compromise on a price. Once we were in escrow, her expertise really shined through as she helped guide us along each and every step of the way. Every email and text was responded in quick fashion. We were dealing with some unforseen circumstances

Even after the deal was completed, she still provided professioanl customer service as she responded to our questions right away regarding the little nuances of the properties. We thank her for her friendliness, diligence, patience, and attention to detail.we already purchase the 2nd deal with her again and highly recommder her serive to our family, friends or people we know who need real estate services!

Celine is one of the best agents out there. She is professional in her field of work.
When we signed our property three weeks earlier, there were obstacles that needs to be taken care off including utility, internet, & malfunctioned areas. Although busy, she has been responsive in taking care of our needs. This includes communicating with the owner, with the past tenants, and or with third-party agents to work out a best possible solution.
Celine is very efficient with her time-management to get whats need to be done.
I definitely recommends her as future deals.
