I recently purchased a home with Cerise's help. The process was long, because both I and my wife had to find something what we both would like. And as usually happens during a process we found our positions are quite different. It took us almost 5 months to find a proper house, and Cerise was working very intensively with us. She was always ready to make an appointment. She helped us find what we wanted at price we wanted. Once it came to signing an offer she paid attention to every detail, noticed all minor damages and negotiated with a seller to repair it. She helped to organize all necessary inspections, contacted with contractors. Her help saved us from unlucky purchase which would cost much more to repair than we expected. Once we got offer accepted Cerise organized all routine. Most of things were done remotely, using digital signatures. This saved me a lot of time. Cerise handled three real estate transactions for our family simultaneously including the sale of our Yucaipa home to our daughter, the purchase of a smaller home for my wife and I in Calimesa, and the sale of our daughter's house in Riverside.
