I have known Ceron since 2021 and he has been nothing short of being an incredible friend and colleague. When I was in the market of selling my home, I did not hesitate to reach out and gather as much assistance as possible. Ceron is extremely knowledgeable on how the market will look, times to sell/buy, and the area. Additionally, Ceron does not shy away from putting in that extra effort when needed. He is very considerate to his clients and it shows. Moreover, when I explained to him that I was moving out of state, he wasted no time to use his vast network to further assist me in my new location. I vastly recommend Ceron in all your home needs, and I will assure you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Ceron on purchasing a townhome five years ago and then selling that home and purchasing a new construction in 2020. As a first time homebuyer, Ceron made this experience extremely smooth!! Ceron ensured I was aware of every single home buying detail, well in advance. From pre-approval to closing day, I had the knowledge and support required to make one of the biggest decisions in life. I am an inquisitive person by nature and Ceron made sure all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed and answered in a decent amount of time. He was not only an email away, I could easily contact him via text or phone call. I called Ceron Pugh, Realtor at the beginning of the summer because I was interested in selling my home. He informed me about the process of selling my home, the pros and the cons, particularly because it was a condo. He was able to put it on the market in July 2018 and we received an offer for my condo unit at the beginning of August 2018, less than one month later. Ceron made the process as user-friendly for me as possible, which is exactly what I was looking for in a real estate agent; he has the personal touch, meaning he was patient and accessible, particularly because he was responsive to all my questions by phone and email every step of the way. His advice and insight assured me that he was looking out for my best interests. So much so that now I am using him again as I purchase a new home, one month after I’ve sold my condo. I recently called this Realtor to ask a few general questions. He was very nice and and so personable, he almost made me feel like he was expecting my call even though I had never communicated with him before today. I like his style/etiquette and these are the types of things I look for from any business I may do business now or in the future. But if the Business is Rude or Disrespectful to me via Telephone, that is a very good indication to me as far as how I will be treated by them in the future, so I won't waste their time or mine and I'll take my Business and My Money elsewhere. But in this case, and even though I'm not looking to buy or sell any properties right now, I'll probably call this Realtor to handle my business.
